Today we started Positive Mental Health Week in O’Brennan! Our theme for the week is ‘You are amazing just the way you are’. Each day we will mark one of the ‘5 Ways to Well-Being’. Today’s focus was ‘Take Notice’.
Each class had the opportunity to try out a Sound Bath with Linsay. A soundbath is a form of therapy that uses specialized instruments that creates frequencies, vibrations and sound waves.
